Really quick update: the Ginger Wasabi pins have shipped, and hopefully should be to us within a week or so. We will update again once they are in hand and are being shipped to you all. I don't want to provide a specific date just in case for some reason they get held up in shipping, but I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know! Again, super sorry about this delay, and hopefully they'll get here super duper fast!

Another update coming in hot!
The Ginger Wasabi pins have been ordered and will take another two weeks to be manufactured, and a week or so to be shipped to us! As soon as they come in, we will resume shipping orders that included them!
We will also be dropping the sushi online soon-but not to worry, everyone's plush are safe and set aside, so once we get these Ginger Wasabi pins in, we will be shipping them ASAP. Again, we are extremely sorry about this little bump in the road for getting everyone their stuff-we love nothing more than bringing joy to everyone's faces with the goodies that they ordered, and it pains us to see it delayed. Just know that the Ginger Wasabi pins are a KS exclusive, and will not be resold at a later date.
That being said, just like we say every update, if you have not received your invoice, please shoot us a message-if you leave a comment regarding your invoice or anything to do with shipping, we will direct you to DM us as it will be easier to find your information if you do so!

Hi everyone! I have a little bit of sad news, but rest assured, it has already been taken care of and you will be getting all of your product.
We had a slight miscommunication between our fulfillment team and our artist, Riss, and we did not ship the pins that were supposed to go with the orders that had all four plush in them. We have already been working on shipping those pins out to their respective customers, and we will continue to do so. That being said, we also have unfortunately run out of these pins, but they have been ordered and will be on the way to us in the coming weeks.
There is nothing that needs to be done on anyone else's end but ours, so we please ask for your patience as we get this issue completely sorted out-we will make another update once this is resolved, and if you still have an issue, we will ask that you reach out to us.
I will also use this update as a reminder to check in with us if you have not received your invoice. We will also be sending out emails to people who have not paid their invoice starting in August! Thanks again for all of your patience, and we hope your summer has gotten off to a great start!
